Adjusting to my new reality -- I'm over fifty now
Just getting out of bed in the morning was a daily ordeal. The moment I put my feet on the floor and began to stand up, I felt a sharp pain under the balls of my feet. It literally felt like I had a sharp pebble uner each foot -- and it hurt like hell.
I knew from that point on that I had a 'serious' problem. What the problem was, I had no idea, but I was determined to find out, and fix it!
